Om Sound Aid
Sound Aid er udviklet af Zen Spaces og er en app til afspilning af specialdesignede musikprogrammer i sundhedsvæsenet.
Løsningen anvendes af hospitaler og klinikker som en integreret del af patientforløb, eksempelvis på fertilitetsklinikker, fødestuer, palliative afdelinger og i venteområder.
Sound Aid leveres som en kommerciel institutionslicens til hospitaler og klinikker. Licensen tegnes af den enkelte afdeling eller institution og omfatter anvendelse af appen på de aftalte enheder. Patienter og medarbejdere betaler ikke for anvendelsen.
Personoplysninger
Sound Aid er udviklet med fokus på dataminimering og kræver ikke personlige brugerprofiler.
Zen Spaces registrerer ikke patienters eller medarbejderes navne, personlige e-mailadresser eller andre direkte personhenførbare oplysninger.
Adgang til Sound Aid administreres af Zen Spaces. Hver iPad logger ind med en konto, som Zen Spaces opretter til den enkelte klinik eller installation. Kontoen har en e-mailadresse og et konto-ID, der bruges til login og til at kende enhederne fra hinanden. Kontoen er ikke knyttet til patienters eller medarbejderes personlige identitet eller e-mailadresse. Login gemmes sikkert på iPaden.
Anvendelsesdata
For at holde musikken kørende og løse problemer hurtigt sender appen følgende til Zen Spaces:
Enhedslog: tekniske hændelser, fx at musikken starter eller stopper, netforbindelse, batteriniveau og opladning samt appens version.
Afspilningslog: hvilken spilleliste og hvilket nummer der spillede, og hvornår. Den bruges til at tilrettelægge musikken og til at rapportere om brugen til kunden og, hvor det kræves, til rettighedshavere.
Beskeder fra personalet: bruger personalet "Giv os besked" i appen, modtager vi den valgte kategori og en eventuel tekst. Ved et problem sendes et teknisk øjebliksbillede af iPaden med. Appen beder om, at der ikke skrives navne.
Nedbrudsrapporter: går appen ned eller fryser, sendes en teknisk rapport om fejlen sammen med kontoens ID.
Appen bruger ikke kamera, mikrofon, placering eller kontakter.
Deling af oplysninger
Zen Spaces sælger ikke personoplysninger og deler ikke oplysninger med tredjeparter til markedsføringsformål. Appen sporer ikke brugere på tværs af andre apps eller websites.
Oplysningerne behandles af følgende leverandører på vegne af Zen Spaces:
Supabase (database og login), servere i EU (Tyskland].
Sentry (nedbrudsrapporter), servere i EU (Tyskland).
Expo (levering af opdateringer til appen), som modtager almindelige tekniske oplysninger som appens version, når appen søger efter opdateringer.
Opbevaring af oplysninger
Enhedsloggen opbevares i op til 90 dage og afspilningsloggen i op til 1 år. Nedbrudsrapporter opbevares i op til 30 dage. Beskeder fra personalet opbevares, så længe de er nødvendige for at løse problemet eller følge op på ønsket. Kontooplysninger slettes, når kundens aftale ophører

About Sound Aid
Sound Aid is developed by Zen Spaces. It is an app for playing specially designed music programmes in healthcare.
The solution is used by hospitals and clinics as an integrated part of patient care, for example in fertility clinics, maternity wards, palliative care units and waiting areas.
Sound Aid is provided as a commercial institutional licence for hospitals and clinics. The licence is taken out by the individual department or institution and covers use of the app on the agreed devices. Patients and staff do not pay to use it.
Personal data
Sound Aid is designed for data minimisation and does not require personal user profiles.
Zen Spaces does not record the names, personal email addresses or other directly identifying information of patients or staff.
Access to Sound Aid is managed by Zen Spaces. Each iPad signs in with an account that Zen Spaces creates for the individual clinic or installation. The account has an email address and an account ID, used for signing in and for telling the devices apart. The account is not linked to the personal identity or email address of any patient or member of staff. The sign-in is stored securely on the iPad.
Operational and usage data
To keep the music running and to resolve problems quickly, the app sends the following to Zen Spaces:
Device log: technical events, such as playback starting or stopping, network connection, battery level and charging, and the app version.
Playback log: which playlist and track played, and when. It is used to plan the music and to report on use to the customer and, where required, to rights holders.
Messages from staff: if staff use "Give us a message" in the app, we receive the chosen category and any text they write. A problem report also includes a technical snapshot of the iPad. The app asks staff not to write names.
Crash reports: if the app crashes or freezes, a technical report of the error is sent together with the account ID.
The app does not use the camera, microphone, location or contacts.
Sharing of data
Zen Spaces does not sell personal data and does not share data with third parties for marketing purposes. The app does not track users across other apps or websites.
The data is processed on behalf of Zen Spaces by the following providers:
Supabase (database and sign-in), servers in EU (Germany)
Sentry (crash reports), servers in the EU (Germany).
Expo (delivery of app updates), which receives standard technical information such as the app version when the app checks for updates.
Retention
The device log is kept for up to 90 days and the playback log for up to one year. Crash reports are kept for up to 30 days. Messages from staff are kept for as long as they are needed to resolve the issue or follow up on the request. Account data is deleted when the customer's agreement ends.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of data about you. Contact us at hello@zenspaces.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk).
